Here’s an electronic version of one of the most important forms from the book, on page 42. You can calculate your baseline total sleep time and sleep efficiency using this program, rather than doing it with pencil and paper. You can also use this electronic form to speed up calculations of your sleep efficiency for any week. It is the same as the form on page 71, 83 and 90 of the book.
Just enter the values from your representative night and the program will do the rest. Remember to specify AM or PM with the clock times.
