Calculating Total Sleep Time and Sleep Efficiency

You can calculate your baseline total sleep time and sleep efficiency using this self-calculating online form, rather than doing it with pencil and paper. You can also use this electronic form to speed up calculations of your sleep efficiency for any week.

Just enter the values from your representative night and the program will do the rest. Remember to specify AM or PM with the clock times.
